Run #1

Running Through the Neighborhood
So here we go!  Training for the 2013 Pittsburgh Marathon.  Today (or really yesterday by the time I recorded this) I completed my first practice run.  I kinda got off the schedule and instead of 1 minute hard, 5 minutes easy for 30 minutes, I did 30 seconds hard, 1 minute easy for 30 minutes.  Definitely a workout to kick my butt.  Just went through our neighborhoods and then out on Falls of Neuse.  Very excited to do this marathon.  Would love to really get a great time, like 4:45.
