First track workout and my picture didn't come through. I ran down to the track behind Durant MS, jumped the fence, and completed two 800s with a 400 in between. This track thing will be interesting throughout the training--I never really did any track workouts, but I can feel it working. They are TOUGH! Especially scaling the fence afterward. We had some pretty high wind come through too, so as I rounded the corners on the homestretch, I ran right into it!
