Running injury! Running injury!
Ok, not much to write home about, but definitely bothersome. This is on both feet, where the edge of my Vibram strap comes over. It started yesterday. Either the sweat made it rub, or I just did not have the strap tight. Gotta work on that.
Another cold (teens) run. Brrr! Just ran down the Greenway and back, pretty short, as I was pretty sore from yesterday's run.

Training Run #1
And so it starts! Pittsburgh Marathon #3 in a few months, and this time, Kerry will run it with me. So excited!
Excited for the chance of yet another PR. I haven't quite gotten back into my recent half PR shape, but I am getting there. I think anywhere from 4:15 to under 4 is possible for this marathon. Less weight, more strength, we will see.
Cold on this run, as you can see from the ice in this picture. This was right down from the WRAL Soccer Fields. Cold run to start, but I picked it up and ran pretty decent.
